Install TALIB windows

1. Go to this link https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/

2. Search for "TA-LIB"

3. Download the file which suits the Python Version and Windows

e.g.

TA_Lib‑0.4.18‑cp37‑cp37m‑win_amd64.whl

this is for Python 3.7 on Windows 64 bit

4. pip install TA_Lib‑0.4.18‑cp37‑cp37m‑win_amd64.whl
